Change To E-mail Notification

 

As of December 1st, 2008, the Allentown Public Library will provide you with a new option for receiving your library notifications.  You may now receive all your library mail via e-mail rather than the current system of phone calls and postal mailings.

If you wish to subscribe to this service, please complete the form below and click on Submit. After enrolling, all future notifications from the library will be sent to you exclusively via e-mail. This includes late notices, fee notifications, and reserve alerts.  It's important that you understand that reserves will still only be held for 3 days after the notice is sent, so you must check your e-mail frequently if you are expecting a book that you have reserved.  Failure to pick up your reserved material in the time allotted will still result in the 25¢ reserve fee being charged to your account.

Please keep the library informed of your e-mail address changes so that you will continue to receive your library mail in a timely manner.
