Public Computers

The library provides 47 computers for public use throughout the Main Library and 6 at the South Branch. A library card is required for use.  Other ID is acceptable only for visitors from outside the library service area.   Printing is available on all public computers through a network printer.  Printing costs are 10¢ per page.  Print cards are required for users to print at the Main Library.  Cards cost $1, dollar amounts may be added to the card at any time.

Wireless service is available at the Main Library. You must present a library card or other proof of identification to the staff at the Reference Desk in order to get a username and password.

Computer classes are held each Saturday morning from October through May (classes not held between Thanksgiving and New Year's).  Classes provide basic information on how to use a computer, how to get and use a free email account, how to navigate through Windows, how to search the Internet, etc
