SUMMER READING 2011

Registration begins June 6th!
Programs start June 21st and continue through August 12th

Some of the events:

Mondays at 10 am – Preschoolers and their families are invited to storytime. Stories, songs and fun around the world.

Movies at the library Tuesday afternoons at 2:30 pm - The films (rated G or PG) are geared to children and youth and their families. Sorry, no food or drinks allowed in the library.

Reading to Dogs is coming to Allentown! Designated Wednesday mornings in June and July. Registration is required and space is limited.

Readers Theater is back for summer on Thursday evenings at 6:30 pm. If you are starting 1st grade in the fall up through 3rd grade, sign up for the fun! Registration is required and space is limited.

 Books & Bagels is back! Fridays at 10:30 am, children can enjoy a breakfast treat for body and mind.

 ** Programs are open to members of the Allentown Public Summer Reading Club. Check your club calendar for many more events. Age restrictions and registration requirements for some programs. Parents are strongly recommended to attend children. **
