Youth Services Space & Programs

We have made some amazing changes in the Youth Services Department!

Check out the new Information Desk on the second floor, and visit our cozy reading nooks with new “moon chairs.” Don’t worry, we still have the “M&M chairs” that some patrons remember from their own childhoods!

Thanks to Astound and SPUN Design for making our new STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math) truly amazing! We do programs in this space and it also houses our Library of Things.

During our Summer Reading “Unearth a Story” Program in 2026, we featured many dinosaurs on top of our bookcases! Some were (roughly) life-sized, while others were a bit smaller than they were in the real world.
