Fun Under Four
Thursdays from 5 – 6 pm or Fridays from 10 – 11 am, April 23 – May 22, in the Community Room at the Allentown Public Library.
Children 4 & under, along with their parents or caregivers are invited to join us for a 5-week, play-based program at the Allentown Public Library. Each week offers a variety of toys and activities and a community member who will be available to answer questions on the following topics: Child Development, Nutrition, Speech & Language, Literacy, and Music & Movement.
Registration is requested but not required. Walk-ins are welcome if there is room.

Thursdays 10 am – Children 5 & under with their families or caregivers
Saturdays, 10 am – Family Storytime for all ages with families or caregivers
Certain Thursdays, 6 pm – Evening Storytime for all ages with families or caregivers.
Art Exploration
Programming resumes June 12th!
Join us Friday mornings at 10 am in the Children’s Area to play with a variety of art materials: paint, clay, chalk, and more!
This is for kiddos 5 and under and their families or caregivers.

The Allentown Public Library is part of a district of a dozen other libraries. All of them offer various programs and activities. Check out the sample list below and click on the libraries to go to their website. Some require registration and a library card at that location, while others are open for walk-ins.

Our next young adult event is Saturday, March 14 at 2:30 pm: Make a Collage Bookmark!
On March 21, April 4 & 18 at 1 pm, the Teen Advisory Board will meet to discuss plans for the Summer Reading Program and how teens can volunteer. Anyone who would like to stay and help with the STEM Programs at 2 PM are welcome and encouraged to do so!
